Plans — start on Free, then choose Solo or Pro
Who it's for
Plans is for the owner or manager who chooses the shop's subscription and manages billing. Day-to-day staff do not manage the subscription; billing actions are Manager-only.
Where it fits
Every account starts on Wraptor Free. Direct signups and claimed Directory listings create the same permanent Free workspace; free_claim is only a legacy database alias for that plan, not a separate product.
Free has no card, contract, or countdown. It includes Directory listing and leads, one active job, and one active quote. When the shop reaches that capacity or opens a paid feature, the upgrade screen offers a one-time, seven-day trial of the selected paid plan. Starting that trial requires a card.
Paid plans unlock the complete operating platform and set the shop's limits for seats, locations, storage, monthly AI credits, professional vectorizations, and WraptorMail mailboxes.
Current plans
| Plan | Monthly | Annual | Seats | Included locations | WraptorMail | Storage | AI credits/month | Vectorizations/month |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Wraptor Free | $0 forever | — | 1 | 1 | None | 1 GB | 0 | 0 |
| Wraptor Solo | $99 | $990 | 1 | 1 | 1 mailbox | 25 GB | 60 | 10 |
| Wraptor Pro | $199 | $1,990 | Unlimited | 1 | Up to 3 mailboxes | 200 GB | 500 | 40 |
Annual billing is priced at ten months of the monthly rate. Solo and Pro are the complete live public paid catalog; unreleased and historical catalog variants are not selectable.
What Free includes
- A claimed Directory listing and incoming Directory leads with contact details.
- One active job at a time.
- One active quote at a time.
- One seat, one location, and 1 GB of storage.
- No WraptorMail mailbox, hosted shop website, or monthly AI/vectorization allowance.
Completing or closing work frees the included active capacity. A Free capacity lock never deletes the existing job, quote, lead, or customer data; it offers the paid-plan trial instead.
What Solo includes
Solo is the complete paid workflow for one person at one location. It includes jobs, CRM, quoting, invoicing and payments, scheduling, inventory, proofing, customer tracking, WrapStudio, a hosted shop website, Directory leads, and one WraptorMail mailbox.
Solo includes 25 GB of storage, 60 monthly AI credits, and 10 professional vectorizations per month.
What Pro adds
Pro is for a crew. It adds:
- Unlimited seats.
- One included location, with additional locations at $99/month or $990/year each.
- Up to three included WraptorMail mailboxes, with additional mailboxes at $49/month or $490/year each.
- 200 GB of storage, 500 monthly AI credits, and 40 professional vectorizations per month.
- White-label Magic Wrap for the shop's hosted site or external website.
- Access to the private design and installer network for overflow help.
White-label Magic Wrap is shop-sponsored. Each customer run spends the Pro shop's credits and sends the lead only to that shop. Wraptor does not fund public concepts or take the customer relationship.
Free, trial, and paid membership
The lifecycle is:
- Start on Free — no card and no time limit.
- Choose Solo or Pro when a Free capacity or paid-feature lock appears, or from
/select-plan. - Attach a card in Stripe Checkout to start the shop's one seven-day trial of that selected plan and billing cycle.
- Continue automatically on the selected monthly or annual membership when the seven days end, unless the subscription is canceled first.
- Return to Free when a trial or paid membership is canceled and access ends.
There is one self-serve paid-plan trial per shop. Changing from Solo to Pro does not create another trial. Abandoning Checkout before it completes leaves the shop on Free and does not activate paid access.
The trial unlocks the selected paid workflow. Metered AI and vectorization use a bounded trial allowance shown in the app; the plan's recurring monthly allowance begins with paid membership.
Screens & navigation
Plans live in two places:
- The plan picker (
/select-plan) shows Free, Solo, and Pro with monthly and annual billing. Free shops can keep using Free or choose a paid plan and enter card-backed Checkout for the seven-day trial. - Settings → Billing shows the current plan, subscription status, usage meters, and Manage plan. The secure Stripe billing portal handles plan changes, cards, invoices, and cancellation.
Legacy and internal plans can appear as the current plan only for accounts that already carry them. They are not signup or upgrade choices.

Settings & permissions
Only a Manager can start the paid-plan trial, subscribe, change plans, or open the billing portal. Other roles should ask a Manager to make the change.
If payment fails, Wraptor provides a grace period before paid writes are locked. Fix the payment method in the billing portal to restore paid access.
Cancellation does not delete the workspace. When paid or trial access ends, the account falls back to Wraptor Free with its records, files, mailbox history, customers, jobs, and quotes preserved. Free capacity and feature locks apply until the shop reactivates a membership; canceling does not grant another trial.
Tips & common pitfalls
- Free is the account, not a preview. It has no expiration and does not require a card.
- The card is required only when starting the paid-plan trial. Stripe automatically charges the selected monthly or annual plan after seven days unless it is canceled first.
- There is one paid-plan trial. Switching plans does not reset or extend it.
- Solo is intentionally one-seat and one-location. Choose Pro before inviting a crew; Pro still includes one location, with extra locations billed separately.
- A mailbox is shared by the shop. Solo includes one and Pro includes up to three.
- Magic Wrap is not a public Wraptor giveaway. It is a Pro feature funded by the shop's own credits.
- Directory shoppers contact shops directly. Wraptor does not resell Directory leads.
- AI credits reset with the paid billing cycle. Purchased top-ups, when offered, are separate from the monthly allowance.
